Job Title: Youth Camp Instructor

Responsibilities:
- Teach work readiness and basic employment skills to youth with disabilities.
- Lead structured camp lessons and interactive learning activities.
- Adapt instruction and activities to support different learning abilities.
- Supervise students during all camp activities and transitions.
- Ensure the safety and well being of all participants at all times.
- Monitor student behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Take and maintain accurate attendance records for participants.
- Support students in developing confidence, independence, and teamwork skills.
- Communicate student progress or concerns with program coordinators.
- Assist with the preparation and organization of daily camp activities.
- Follow all organizational policies and camp safety procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of participant information.
Qualifications:
- Level 2 Background Check.
- Experience working with youth preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lead groups and provide clear instruction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, dependable, and attentive to student needs.
Compensation: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
